Photos of Me in the UC Marching Band

These are some photos of me during some performances in the University of Cincinnati Marching band. The first picture of me is during the UC pregame show where the band charges down the steps and then plays the fight songs for the patrons in the stands of Nippert stadium. That picture specifically is during the trombone cheer where the entire band, except for the trombones, sing the words to Cheer Cincinnati and try to get the crowd to join in.

The second photo is a picture of me is right before the band starts their halftime performance. The band has marched on to the field and is waiting for the drum major to count us off so we can start playing and marching our show.

The third and fourth picture of me and the rest of the trumpet section, is when the band is marching in parade block and going “Down the Drive”. This is when the band starts up a the band room and marches down the street (drive) and into Nippert stadium. All the while the band is chanting the famous University of Cincinnati chant. If you don’t know the famous chant, you should go to a UC game to figure it out. It won’t be hard to notice.

And the last picture of me is during the pre-performance show at the first football game of the 2018-2019 season. It is raining and cold, hence why I am wearing a parka. This game was a lot of fun because we were actually playing against the Miami team in Paul Brown Stadium in downtown Cincinnati.
